What swims do I offer?

Introduction to Cold Water Swimming

Have you always wanted to try outdoor swimming? Weren't sure where to begin? This is ideal for newcomers or those wanting to learn all the safety aspects of this chilly hobby. 

I go through all the things you need to know, talk about things that can wrong and how to avoid the dangers. 

We have a lovely chilly dip, always done at your own pace with no pressure. 

Then we get dry, dressed and enjoy our hot drinks and biscuits.

Technique Coaching

If you are looking to improve your swim technique, then I can help you. 

Whatever level of swimmer you are, I can offer some advice on how to tweak your technique to help aid a smoother swim

Maybe you have an event you are training for, or you just wish you could try front crawl, after years of breaststroke.

Ive helped lots of swimmers improve, Id love to help you too.

Synchronised Swimming

Yes thats right, I run outdoor synchronised swimming sessions. These classes are aimed at total beginners. Come and live out your childhood mermaid dreams!

Cold Club

Cold Club is a weekly, supported swim session. The aim to to keep you swimming all through the colder months. This usually runs from October to end of March.

Aimed at those who are fairly new to Winter swimming and like to have the support of an experienced winter swim coach keeping a watchful eye on them.

Its always a friendly gang of people, so many swimmers end up as friends and swim all year long because of Cold Club.
